Kyle brings extensive courtroom and litigation experience to every case. He regularly represents clients in the Hamilton County Court of Domestic Relations and Hamilton County Juvenile Court. He is comfortable advocating for his clients in high-conflict, evidence-driven proceedings. From temporary orders hearings to multi-day trials, Kyle approaches each case with meticulous preparation, a command of the facts, and a practical understanding of how family courts operate.
Prior to establishing his firm, Kyle built a strong litigation foundation as an attorney with a small law firm in Northern Kentucky, where he tried juvenile and domestic relations cases involving dependency, neglect, abuse, custody disputes, support determinations, property division, and domestic violence protection orders. That experience sharpened not only his trial skills, but also his ability to assess risk, identify leverage, and counsel clients honestly about likely outcomes.
Kyle’s perspective is further strengthened by his experience inside the court system. He previously served as a Staff Attorney for the Boone and Gallatin Family Court, where he reviewed filings for legal sufficiency, drafted judicial orders and findings, mediated cases, and managed court dockets.
In addition to his civilian practice, Kyle is a former Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve, having served honorably from 2010 to 2015. His military service instilled a disciplined, mission-oriented approach to advocacy and a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and service.
Kyle is also a father of two, which gives him a personal understanding of the stakes involved in custody and parenting time cases. This experience informs his advocacy and reinforces his commitment to helping clients protect their relationships with their children.
Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law, where he served as President of the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky and is an active member of multiple bar associations.
